Application review is a process by which we look into documents provided to us for the processing of your visa application.

When we first receive an application, we verify that it is complete (all the information and documents requested on the application form are included)
If an application is complete, we send the applicant an acknowledgment letter. The letter states the approximate amount of time it will take before the application is forwarded to the Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for final review and approval process.

If an application is incomplete or missing some required documents, we will inform the applicant and work with the applicant until the required documents are received in order to avoid visa application refusal.
